Order Processing & Shipping

All orders will be quoted by different companies. You will receive a tracking number after we ship out your goods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the size / weight of the item. Every item has a shipping cost per unit assigned to the item, and it will automatically get added to your total.

International Shipping
Shipping costs for orders shipping outside México will be determined, based on the size/weight of the item.

Custom Duties
International orders are subject to custom duty fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank deposit & direct transfer through PayPal. Registration with PayPal is not required.

Returns & Exchanges
No Refunds. Store Credit Only. Items must be returned within 14 days of their original shipment date with original tags and must be in original condition to be eligible for store credit. Shipping and Handling is not refundable, and you must pay for shipping both ways, if you want to exchange for different size. Sale items are final, along with limited edition items.
